Dana Czachorowski Duncan, MA, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Senior Director of Children’s Mobile Response and Stabilization Services at Care Plus NJ. With nearly two decades of experience in behavioral health, Dana specializes in crisis response, program operations, and the delivery of accessible services for children, adolescents, and families experiencing acute emotional and behavioral challenges. She oversees a 24/7 crisis response program in Bergen County serving youth ages 0 to 21, reaching more than 2,000 youth and families annually, and providing leadership across clinical operations, quality assurance, workforce development, and cross-system collaboration.
Dana is deeply committed to evidence-based, trauma-informed care and the Wraparound model of care. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the Bergen County Children’s Interagency Coordinating Council (CIACC) and coordinates the statewide Children’s Mobile Directors Workgroup, where she partners with Children’s Mobile leaders across New Jersey to strengthen crisis response infrastructure and expand access to care for youth and families statewide.
Dana earned her Master of Arts in Counseling from New Jersey City University and is certified in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International. Her leadership is grounded in collaboration, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to improving outcomes for children and families in crisis.
