Jaime Arlia, MA, LPC, ACS, brings over 25 years of extensive experience in counseling, education, clinical supervision, and coaching within the emotional and behavioral health sector at Care Plus NJ, Inc. Since 2011, she has established herself as an esteemed educator and presenter, delivering curriculum-based and customized programming tailored to vast audiences, including educators, first responders, behavioral health professionals, child protection staff, parents, and community members.
Jaime’s clinical expertise includes cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychological first aid, and post-traumatic stress management (EMDR), with a strong focus on trauma-informed care for children, youth, and families. She has led impactful presentations in schools and community settings on critical topics such as Suicide Awareness and Prevention, School Avoidance, Youth Mental Health 101, and Selective Mutism.
As Executive Senior Vice President of Clinical Services, Jaime provides strategic and operational leadership across Care Plus NJ’s clinical programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, and person-centered care. She oversees clinical service design, implementation, and supervision, driving best practices that improve outcomes for individuals and families across the continuum of care.
In addition to her clinical leadership, Jaime serves as Executive Director of the Care Plus Foundation, where she guides philanthropic strategy and community engagement efforts to expand awareness and support for access to behavioral health services.
