Margaret Rinckhoff, MSN, RN, APN, PMHNP-BC, is an experienced psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, nursing leader, and current manager of a team of nurses and medical assistants, with a strong background in behavioral health, care coordination, public health, and integrated clinical services. As Director of Nursing and Adult & Geriatric Advanced Practice Nurse at Care Plus NJ, Inc., Margaret provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, client education, and collaborative care planning as part of an interdisciplinary team. She currently contributes to policy and procedure development, serves as Infection Control Nurse Coordinator for the agency, and participates in the NJAMHAA Nursing Practice Group.
With experience across outpatient behavioral health, residential services, partial care, public health nursing, homeless services, and correctional healthcare, Margaret brings a comprehensive and compassionate approach to supporting individuals with complex medical, psychiatric, and social needs.
Margaret earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Fairleigh Dickinson University, an Associate in Applied Science in Nursing from Bergen Community College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Montclair State University. She is a New Jersey Advanced Practice Nurse and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
