Sara Boyadjis, LPC, ACS, PMH-C, is the Associate Vice President of Clinical Outcomes and Evaluation at Care Plus NJ, where she oversees the Evaluation team to help drive performance improvement initiatives while advancing clinical outcomes throughout the organization. Her work focuses on improving workflows, program evaluation, enhancing the experiences of both clients and staff, and supporting quality care across all programs. With 10 years of experience in mental health settings, she has a strong background in clinical leadership, operational strategy, and quality improvement. Throughout her time at Care Plus NJ, Sara has held progressive leadership roles across clinical services, program management, grant evaluation, and operational oversight. Her work has focused on improving access to care, strengthening clinical operations, supporting staff development, and advancing Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) initiatives and SAMHSA-funded programs. She has also helped lead quality improvement efforts focused on service delivery, staff support, workflow development, and data-informed decision-making.
Sara is especially passionate about mentorship, clinical supervision, and helping clinicians develop professionally within the field. She has a strong interest in sports and performance psychology and has facilitated workshops focused on mental performance, team dynamics, and athlete well-being for collegiate student-athletes. She earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Montclair State University and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arcadia University.
