Description
This presentation will focus on available medication, usage, and short and long-term side effects of medication prescribed to treat various diagnoses in children and adolescents. Dr. Lewis will explain the use of combination of medications (polypharmacy) in treatment as well as the appropriate length of treatment with medication. Attendees will learn the different approaches to treatment, including medication as well as individual and family therapy and how to effectively integrate them into an effective treatment plan.
