As COVID-19 continues to take a toll on individuals, families, and communities New Jerseyans have found a way to give back to those who need the help. From food banks, to shelters, pet adoption agencies, and mental health facilities, there is an abundance of ways to help others. Here at CarePlus, we are providing immediate, high-quality health services and support programs for individuals in crisis. Our programs and services provide help, care, and support for individuals affected by mental illness, as well as education and outreach to decrease the stigma of the disease.
