While we understand the necessity of social distancing, we also understand and emphasize the importance of social interaction and connection for many of the individuals that we serve.
CarePlus is working to implement the most effective action plan in response to the public health emergency surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, while maintaining service as essential personnel. In addition to adhering to public health recommendations and safety precautions, our strategy is to severely limit face-to-face interaction. This will be accomplished through increased utilization of telehealth and telephonic therapy, as well as a temporary suspension of our walk-in clinic and reduced hours of operation.
Effective Wednesday, March 18- Friday, March 20, on-site hours of operation will be limited to 9am-4pm at 610 Valley Health Plaza only. A crisis management team will be available to ensure a system is in place to continue medication support, emergency services, 24/7 programs, residential services and outreach services in the community. Until further notice, other sites will be closed, and the operating site will be closed on Saturdays & Sundays.
As an essential component to navigating the situation, we continue to monitor State and Federal communications regarding waivers for regulatory restrictions for the provision of services. Our action plan will continue to develop based on these directives.
