3/20 Update on COVID-19

In response to COVID-19, our strategy is to severely limit face-to-face interaction. This will be accomplished through suspended walk-in hours and reduced hours of operation. While we understand the necessity of social distancing, we also understand and emphasize the importance of social interaction and connection for many of those we serve.

A crisis management team is available for in person support at 610 Valley Health Plaza Monday-Friday from 9am-4pm for:

  • Medication Support
  • Residential Services
  • Emergency Services
  • 24/7 Programs
  • Outreach Programs in the community
  • Telehealth/Telephonic Services

Until further notice, other sites will be closed and the operating site will be closed on Saturdays & Sundays. Our action plan will continue to develop based on State and Federal directives.
