Care Plus NJ Executive Senior Vice President of Clinical Services and Executive Director of the Care Plus Foundation, Jaime Arlia, MA, LPC, ACS, has been named one of the 2026 NJBIZ Leading Women in Business, recognizing New Jersey’s women leaders who are making a significant impact across industries.
A licensed professional counselor with more than two decades of clinical and executive leadership experience, Arlia has helped expand access to behavioral health care and strengthen crisis response services throughout New Jersey. Building on her experience leading Bergen County’s 24/7 Children’s Mobile Response program, she has led system-wide improvements at Care Plus NJ, including expanding same-day walk-in services across Bergen, Essex and Morris counties to improve timely access to care and reduce barriers for individuals and families seeking support.
Today, Arlia oversees Clinical Services across Care Plus NJ while also serving as Executive Director of the Care Plus Foundation. Through her leadership, Care Plus NJ continues to advance innovative, person-centered behavioral health services that improve the lives of thousands of individuals each year.
This recognition reflects Arlia’s commitment to expanding access to care, strengthening behavioral health services and improving the well-being of the communities Care Plus NJ serves.
