Care Plus NJ Executive Senior Vice President of Clinical Services and Executive Director of the Care Plus Foundation, Jaime Arlia, MA, LPC, ACS, has been named to NJBIZ’s 2026 People to Watch in Healthcare list, which recognizes emerging leaders helping shape the future of healthcare in New Jersey.
In its profile, NJBIZ recognized Arlia’s leadership in expanding access to behavioral healthcare across northern New Jersey, including broadening same-day services for thousands of individuals each year and strengthening Bergen County’s Children’s Mobile Response program to improve crisis support and reduce hospitalizations.
